I cooked 2 ducks on top of apples and onions stuffed with celery lemons to make them moist red cabbage and garlic mashed potatoes and strawberries and whip cream for dessert.served with chilled white wine
For lunch I am baking a chicken using a rotisserie. I will rub it with olive oil, I will place a fresh sprig of rosemary inside it and cut a few slits into it and place a few slices of fresh garlic in them. Oh don't forget to rub it with Italian seasonings after the olive oil. Bon a. :-)
considering i haven't gone to sleep yet, i'll tell you what i cooked tonight. first time with this recipe, and it was really good!
Stovetop Sausage Mac and Cheese
4 ounces chicken and sun-dried tomato sausage, chopped
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup (about 1 1/3 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup (2 ounces) cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
5 cups hot cooked elbow macaroni (about 8 ounces uncooked pasta)
Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Heat a large nonstick saucepan over medium-high heat. Add sausage; sauté 4 minutes or until browned. Combine milk and flour in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Add milk mixture to pan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in cheeses, onion powder, and garlic salt; cook 3 minutes or until cheeses melt, stirring constantly. Stir in pasta. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
This is gonna make your mouth water. I'm cooking, Monkfish wrapped in spinach and smokey bacon, with a sprinkling of red peppers and ground black pepper, baked with a couple of knobs of best Irish butter. This will will accompanied by boiled jersey potatoes, fresh garden peas and topped with a Cambazola cheese, white wine and cream sauce. Delicious, but expensive.

I am going to cook bang bang chicken, quite spicy and hot, exceedingly delicious.
Roast pork, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, sweetcorn and homemade gravy, mmmmm. I was too lazy yesterday to do Sunday roast and had Chinese takeaway instead.
I only cook dinner. So for today, stir-fry green vegetable, steam fish, boil radish and chicken soup also cook high fibre rice..that's all for my dinner. Thank you Lord for the food. Amen
well, hubby is Spanish so preparing to make a chicken and chorizo paella, with a few prawns as well. i always add some chili flakes as it gives it more of a kick.
