Which is ur favourite's CHEESE????!

Question:

Which is ur favourite's CHEESE????

Answers:
Like many people I like English cheeses (Cheese with some flavour). My favourite being mature Lancashire crumbly, which is recognised as being the world's best cheese for cheese on toast (Welsh Rabbit/Rarebit).
I also adore a German cheese called Cambazola, it's a `mouldy` cheese and when matured for a while is quite strong. It also makes an excellent sauce for fish.

Gruyere. And I am lucky to be able to go there and buy it!
