Where can I buy fresh gooseberries in the UK?
It's nonsensical that you can buy fruit from all round the world in the supermarkets but not gooseberries, which are homegrown and in season! I can't find fresh gooseberries anywhere, not even tinned gooseberries. Help!

I dont think they're quite ready yet. I've got gooseberries in my garden and they need another couple of weeks ( I'm in the south ). I'd wait a while then try a local farm shop or farmers market.

dont know where you live, but not far from cannock is a place called essington fruit farm, you can pick your own fruit and veg and eat some sly ones too lol.
