What makes clotted cream sooooooo good? Breed of cow? Special food?


Answers:
Clotted cream is made by skimming the fat that rises to the top of normal cream. The reason it is so rich and lovely is simply because it has a higher fat content.
I dont think I like it if I remember the stuff right...You can put it on bagels bread etc
