What is the nutrient value of kale, parley, gingeroot, and garlic?!

Question:

What is the nutrient value of kale, parley, gingeroot, and garlic?

What I do is extract the juices from these produce items. Is juicing good for diabetics?

Answers:
Being a former chef and daibetic, plus I juice daily for clean purposes, like all other vegetables and most fruits, there are trace minerals and vitamins, not many if any calories, with green vegetables you get the chlorophyl, ginger is good for digestion and limits gas from raw veg, garlic is an anitoxidant, used for blood and system function.

All those ingredients are high in vitamin c and a, iron and other essential minerals, but one word of caution is that some of this things can cause bowel issues.
