How to extract virgin coconut oil from coconut?!

Question:

How to extract virgin coconut oil from coconut?

Answers:
Buy a lot of coconuts.
Scrape all the flesh out of the coconuts and put it into a blender.
Blend the flesh into a puree, adding only enough coconut water to help it blend.
You now have coconut milk. Pour/scoop the milk into a container and place it into a cold refridgerator for at least a day.
Since coconut oil is highly saturated, it will solidify at the top of the container. Scoop this out into a saucepan. The rest of the milk is great for pina coladas. Don't worry, it's still pretty high in fat, too.
Gently heat the saucepan until you get a pretty thin liquid. You don't want the oil to start cooking anything, though. It should be very warm to the touch.
Carefully pour the liquid into a steralized, air-tight jar, trying to keep as much particulate as possible in the pan.
Congrats. You just made coconut oil.
