What is in a chuckwagon sandwich?

I believe these are more common in KY & TN, and I know they are served at small country restaurants & in school lunches. It is some sort of breaded meat with seasonings, on a bun.

Generally, it's a breaded beef sandwich, kinda like a chicken fried steak on a bun.
