Eat fruit better for you.

Have you tried eating fruit? Apples and sultanas are very good for this. Do you have any other symptoms like sweating, irritability and hunger? if so, it could be a blood sugar thing

Sugar free jelly made with lemonade is lush!!!!!!

try senserdine toothpaste soz abot the spelling

Dip your finger in salt and lick it !

Sounds harsh but your subconscious will some learn not to send messages to your active brain demanding sweet stuff .

try snacking on go-ahead bars or something

or fruit

Clean your teeth - great for your teeth, and it kills sweet cravings!

Try a banana, its full of vitamins and minerals and sweet. Your body may just be calling for nutrition, not sweets. Do not go for sugar-free goodies sweetened with artificial sugar. This just makes the cravings worse. Every time you eat artificial sugar, your tongue say to your stomach: watch out, here comes sugar. And then no real sugar comes, so your stomach sends a message back: I want sugar! A bad circle. Eat natural fruit with natural fruit sugars, and go for bitter chocolate if you get the choccie pangs.

a tiny slice of really rich dark chocolate cake, yummy!

EAT DEATH BY CHOCOLATE CAKE UNTIL YOU SICK; YOU WILL NEVER EAT CHOCOLATE AGAIN.
