Question:

Will i gain weight if i eat a lot of unsalted dry roasted peanuts?

Answers:
Peanuts have a very high fat content, so yes you will gain weight.

you will gain weight if you eat a lot of anything.
eating=food going into your body=weight gain.

depends on what you mean by alot.

You will gain weight if you intake more calories than your body needs.

nuts are fattening foods and do have calories.. the salt may bot be there but the fat is. and besides salt only gives water weight not actual weight.

Yes

well although peanuts have lotsa protein, they're high in fat and carbs

peanuts are loaded with fat

yes very

NO!!! OH GOD!! YOU'LL GAIN AN ENTIRE CALORIE! DONT!!!

Well if you just eat and eat all day, of course you are going to get fat. Plus peanuts have alot of fat in them to begin with.

Peanuts (all nuts) are full of fat and calories.
So if you eat and don't compensate by reducing your caloric intake of other foods, you will gain weight.

You'll gain a lot of weight if you eat a lot of ANYthing...

That having been said....peanuts DO have a very high fat content; so I'd advise either eating less of them, or switching to another snack food.

Yes, peanuts have a lot of fat, no carbs though. 1/2 fat, 1/2 protein. It's good to have some peanuts seeing as how they have a lot of protein but eating too many will definitly get you fat. My 9th grade science teacher did an experiment to show how much energy (fat) peanuts have. He burned a marshmellow next to a peanut. The marshmellow burned up in about 10 seconds but the peanut burned for over 2 minutes. It shows how there is more energy in a peanut.

People that snack on peanuts are a lot of times thinner. Peanuts can be combined with a low carb diet because there they have no grams of sugar.
