I prefer Beef ribs. I have bad luck with getting pork ribs that are covered in fat and so there's more fat then meat. Plus I love beef.
i don't think i've ever even tried beef ribs before. why don't you just get a little bit of both? one half of the batch will be pork and the other half will be beef.
To me pork ribs are better. A majority of the time they are more tender than beef, less messy than beef, and has less chucks of fat than beef.

Well that depends... beef is better with that sauce they sell in the stores. The KC Masterpiece. The taste of beef will almost cover the "flavoring."
But for real BBQ Pork is best. It soaks up just enough of the spices & vingear and goes great with the coleslaw.
I like both but pork should be par-boiled some.
definately beef- I don't like pork- it has that 'taste' like pork!!!!..I dont' know.. I love beef ribs-
especially letting it sit in liquid smoke over night- and then throw it in the crock pot the next day .,.

Beef, but you have to boil it in beer for 30 minutes before grilling. Magnificent
Beef ribs are really the best, if cooked properly. Pork rib do have a certain flavor to them that I don't like......once in while I do run across some that taste good, but beef does all the time and they are huge and delicious, i'm hungry now
