What's your favorite piece of the chicken?
I love the wing sections the most, especially the flat pieces! I like them baked to the point that the skin is crunchy and sticky. MMMMM!!!!!!! Hot wings are the best!

if wings they must be small like i believe a chicken to be....i hate big wings like you find these days......i like the thigh also but only fried and with bread and butter...the meat goes on the butter hot and melts it and then i eat it kinda like a sandwich but kinda not....
