If you're 14, it's because you're growing! eat if you need to, don't feel guilty about it, when I was 14 I was so active it didn't matter what I ate cause the calories melted off. As long as you're not unhealthily (is that a word? lol) overweight, don't worry about it, eat healthy meals, drink plenty of water, and get exercise.
You sound totally normal to me.

Maybe you should try some water. I've always heard that when you can't get full or if you crave sweets its because your body is thirsty. I dont know if its true or not, but seems to work for me.

are you pregnant?

Are you old enough..is it possible that you are pregnant?

If so, check into that.

Otherwise, keep eating, and have some RED WINE with it, if you are of age. The wine will slow down your appetite. (Only add the vino if you are sure you aren't "pregged".)

I have always had a fluctuating appetite. Just eat when you are hungry and you won't get fat.

I get like that too, especially around certain times of the month, if you know what I mean. It could be just that.

Is it hot where you live? If so maybe loss of App. was because of heat. Or maybe you been working out or studying, somthing like that.

When people have cravings, it often means they want something particular. With what you have said here, it suggests to me that you are craving sugar and carbs.

I would stick with fruit and see if that works.
