Did i eat healthy today?
breakfast: oatmeal w/ cinnamon & a couple peices of watermelon.
lunch: a small salad w/ carrots, seeds, & an apple.
snack: kind of a lot of unsalted roasted peanuts, & then a pear.
dinner: salad w/ south beach diet vinagrette dressing, skinless chicken breast, cucumber, & some carrots.
i also did some exercising today, and plan on doing a little more later. will i gain weight from what i ate? was it well balanced.

you wont gain weight, but maybe you will pass out because you havent had enough
Sounds good. Depends on how much "kind of a lot" of peanuts is regarding the weight gain.

It sounds good to me, just make sure you eat the peanuts in moderation. No, you will not gain weight from this, so dont worry!

yes it sounds like you ate healthy.....you just gotta watch out with what dressings you use.......you cant go wrong with skinless chicken brest as long as its not fried......and peanuts have oils in them but its the healthiest oil for you other then fish oil...as long as your portions were normal sized.....and you workout and eat like this everyday i can almost garaunteethat you will lose weight
Where's your calcium? Also, you are rather shy on protein. While the fruit you ate was good, it still is inadequate vit. C. Fruit with the lowest calories tends to also have the fewest vitamins. At least add an orange.

That sounds like a great meal plan! It sounds like you had a well balanced meal. Did you know that cinnamon burns calories because of the certain things in the spice? It does... And exercising can add to burning of the calories that you eat... :) Hope I helped.
