How do you preserve lettuce for more than 7 days?!

Question:

How do you preserve lettuce for more than 7 days?

Answers:
I just wrap tightly in a plastic bag and it will last weeks.
There may be a little browning at the base, but they can be torn off.

I wrap it in a paper towel and then place in a plastic bag and refrigerate it. When I use the lettuce, I replace the paper towel around it and place it in the bag again. It works for me!

wash it well put in Ziploc bag with paper towel around it and it will stay crisp try sucking the air out of the bag close it leave a small opening suck the air out and close it these works great

a Seal-a-meal

I keep mine in a green vegie bag.You can get them from the supermarket
