Did i eat too much today?

i had MACARONI AND CHEESE, BAGELS&CREAM CHEESE, PASTA WITH MEATBALLS, CURLY FRIES, AND BOSCO STICKS, CHURRO STICKS, A CHICKEN PATTY, CHICKEN NUGGETS, ICE CREAM, COTTAGE CHEESE, BREAD AND BUTTER, PIZZA, 6 LUNCHABLES, PEPPERONI WITH OIL DIP, 2 BAGS OF CHIPS FOR MYSELF, CRACKERS, NOODLES, PEANUTS, AND A TURKEY AND GRAVY for snack today.

do you think that is too much?
and i am not kidding, this is serious.
i weigh 432 pounds and i am 4'3''
what should i do? i cant workout
no mo' cause it hurts to breathe.
what should i do? because i need
serious, hardcore, intense obesity help.
and plus, im fat, people tell me.
which i do not agree upon this sitiation.
so yes, please please please help me.

you did eat alot.
Well if you swapped half of those fatty things with yogurt, fruit or salad that will cut out alot of fat.
And you really need to stay away from carbs.. so no more bread and pasta for you... and also dont eat so much meat or cheesy products...
Try this food tomorrow and see if it works for you.

Breakfast
2 poached egg
i fried tomato
2 w/meal pieces of bread
1 glass of juice or tea.

Snack
2-4 dried biscuits with ham and tomato
1 small yougurt

Lunch
grilled chicken salad.
No cheese
No fatty salad dressings (no mayo or oil)

Snack
1 apple or banana
6 rice crackers (the small ones)

Dinner
Chicken and veg stir fry served with hokkin noodles or rice!

Also drink alteast 6-8 600ml bottles of water and avoid alot of milk and sugary drinks.

You should add a 30-40min walk in there as well.

Yes you ate quite a lot today. You should talk to your doctor, they can give you the best advice about working out and dieting, and may even prescribe something. Best of luck to you!

I know this will sound offending, but yes that is a lot of food. But don't put yourself down. Try excercising. There are many of people like you who have suceeded in losing A LOT of weight doing exercise and eating healthier foods. Don't put yourself down!
