Can i use 1 cup ice cold milk to 1 cup hot water to make jello?!

Question:

Can i use 1 cup ice cold milk to 1 cup hot water to make jello?

Answers:
I wouldn't do it (although skim milk is very watery). If you are trying to make it creamy, let it soft set and then fold in some whipped topping.

I dont think it would turn out completely right, but you can try! Sorry Im not of much help.

=]

ew dont use milk in ur jell-o...thats really weird and doesnt sound to belong with jello!
u use 1 cup boiling hot water and 1 cup cold water
u dissolve all the suger stuff properly in the hot water by mixing with a spoon, then add cold water and put in fridge for several hours then voila! goodluck
(check the box for the instructions, might help u next time)

Ewwww...no!!!!

boiling water and cold water, nothing else!

no

I say give it a shot. WHO knows, u may come up with something new. I'd say just so long as u disolve in hot wtr first. If it doesnt work, u haven't lost much. Go 4 it.

it would be better to use 8 oz of cool whip and/or 8 oz of cream cheese :) I don't think the milk will get you what you what you want, creamy jello.

Yes you can and it makes it creamy....one recipe I have is green jello with hot water then use canned milk and add pineapple. and cream cheese... yummmm when I take this to family reunions or office pot lucks they always ask me for the recipe...
