Does drinking multiple energy drinks hurt you over time?!

Question:

Does drinking multiple energy drinks hurt you over time?

ive heard that soda can reverse what calcium does for you. do energy drinks do the same thing?

Answers:
Energy Drinks should be taken in moderation because most have the artificial Sweeteners Aspartame Sucralose and Aculfame K. These are poisons They are also Found in most sugar free gums, Diet sodas, and all but a few Children's Chewable Vitamins.

yes it will

They can reduce the calcium on your bones and make your heart beat irregularly, but I really dont think they harm people much. I still drink them. Lol.

i dont know if that part of it is true, but they will be bad for you simply because of how much caffiene is in them. hell, most of them even warn you not to consume too many in a day. dont drink to many. that much caffiene isnt good for anyone.

I have friend who lives off of energy drinks and has been getting severe constapation from them. I am sure they would hurt you over time just like any chemical in your body would that is un natural. i would try to stay away from stimulants unless you really really are tired and need them.

It can, it depends on how many and how often you are drinking them. Of course if that was your only source of liquids you would do serious damage to yourself, even more than 1 a day isnt considered a good idea.. but indulging every once and awhile shouldnt hurt you. When I was working 70 hour weeks my doctor informed me not to have more than 2 a day.. so I stuck with that. I also made sure to drink lots of water and I take calcium supplements...

energy drinks are so bad for your heart
take care

Energy drinks are very dangerous over time.
They are NOT made to be drunk like soft drink (coke, fanta). These drinks have a lot of chemicals in them and are usually very high in caffeine - a lot more than coffee. They are NOT actually "energy" drink. They basically make you more alert for a short time and increase your heart rate - from caffeine and other chemicals - which make you think you have a lot of energy - but really you don't.

There are stories of young people who drink too much in a very short time and their heart gave out or people who drank a huge amount in one go and they went "wild" and became irrational.

It is also possible (my opinion) that prolonged heavy usage can result in a lot of health problem and likely kidney problems.

Unfortunately, the marketing people promote this type of product as a "cool" drink for young people.

They are hurting you from the very first drink..They do ALOT of damage to you're body and health.. If you doubt this....drink one and then have you're blood pressure checked....Go to you're doctor and get vitamin-12 shots. And leave this crap alone..Not Good!!

Too much of any one food source is not a good course to follow. Our bodies like diversity in foods and balance in diet is essential for good health.

Most energy drinks contain caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic and excessive amounts of caffeine can have detrimental effects on your health, such as irregular heartbeats, and increased blood pressure. Significant sodium content in some beverages can also contribute to increased blood pressure.

Sodas, coffee, tea and other beverages will cause the same effects if taken in excessive amounts. Strenuous activity following consumption of these beverages may cause dehydration. It is the same with energy drinks

Moderation is the key. In a normal healthy person, consumption of two or three energy drinks per day will not have any effect.

yes my friends dad has a heart attack cuz he would drink wayyyy too many energy drinks
