I'm so hungry...what should I eat?!

Question:

I'm so hungry...what should I eat?

Lame question...right? hehe...I'm just hungry and I really don't want to eat anything cuz it's late and I don't want to just put more fat on me (not that I have any fat issues to worry about...I'm a gymnast). I just want something to eat. Any suggestions? (and you're welcome for pretty much giving you some free points :D)

Oatmeal? That's a pretty good idea. I've also heard that water can fill you up so you don't think you're hungry anymore! :D hehe

ummm....food??? if you don't have to worry about gaining weight and stuff, just eat whatever is available right now.

How about some oatmeal or a salad?

Try having an apple (I like green) :p

fruit: sweet, not fat and very cheap!

all natural trail mix is always good for a quick snack.

Made yourself a fruit salad or have scrambled egg on toast or some cereal Weetabix, shredded wheat, Bran flakes or porridge or toast with marmalade or jam. Of course your breakfast will depend on what you have in your cupboard and fridge. Of course you could always make yourself a smoothie
