lasagna homemade not stouffers

Sausage and mash with onion gravy!

Spaghetti Bolegnese.

Sushi or prime rib. It depends on my mood and whether I'm on a diet or not.

Spaghetti and meatballs

I have 2!
1.) Onions (raw)
2.) Milk Chocolate

followed by:
Kumquats and Mango

Saimin, noodles,spaghetti and pork w/watercress

Anything with cheese!

Veal Parm.....

chow mein, potstickers, burritos, and thai curry

Honestly, vegetables.
Good and healthy:D

Super nachos with ground beef and extra extra sour cream. Yummm

Anything that spicy and hot with a lot of chili and pepper....

Curry and Curry and Curry.
I am not Indian but I think there must be some Indian blood somewhere in the distant past.

Braze onions (2)
Add your Marsala (hot) 2 - 3 tsp)
Garlic and ginger (2 tsp)
add your meat (i use sheep knuckles)
braze together

Cook for approximately 2 hours
Add potatoes
2 sliced tomatoes
Curry leaves
Simmer for another 20 minutes
Add Danya leaves
And serve on white rice

Make a salad out of
tomatoes
finely chopped onion
vinegar, salt and pepper

You can also pour over some plain yogurt

This is mine:
Ingredients:

* 3 Aubergines
* 4 cloves Garlic, finely grated
* 1/2 tsp Turmeric
* 2 tbsp Olive oil
* 1 Egg
* 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
* Salt and Pepper

Method:

* Preheat the oven to 200 C/ Gas mark 6.
* Roast the aubergines in the oven for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are soft, the remove from the oven and leave to cool.
* Remove the skin from aubergine and mash them using two forks.
* Fry garlic in the oil in a shallow saucepan for 2 minutes, then add mashed aubergine to the saucepan and mix well with garlic before cooking on medium heat for another 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
* Add tomato puree and turmeric to aubergine mixture and season with salt and pepper.
* Break the egg on top of the aubergine, cover and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes or until the egg is set.
* Serve with boiled rice and Greek yogurt on side.
