Does anyone know where to find a specialty food store/baking store in sydney??? A place to find more refined ingredients they don't sell in woolies...

You can try a bakery. There are many in the downtown area, try the phone book.
You can search it on the internet, and search for sydney food. Then type in store or bakery.
