What else should i have for breakfast?
i already have had a light & fit non fat yogurt.. what else should i have?
i'm trying to lose weight.. and stay healthy..

I have egg whites every morning the large amounts of protein are very good for your diet mix them up with whatever vegetables or meats you like to change it up a little so you dont get sick of them.
Try non-fat milk and some healthy breads .
You really need some form of carbohydrate (slo release energy) like bread or toast. Or no sugar muesli. Or porrige. It is not the bread that is fattening - it is what you put on it - same principle applies to pasta!
Toast will keep your blood sugars more stable so that you are not tempted to binge between meals - hence the elevenses.
fresh fruit, like a nectarine or apple. in the morning i try to stick with a small bowl of special k red berries,2% milk and then if i am still hungry i drink a bottle of water
Omelet made with 2 eggs and some tomato inside;
3 Minute boiled egg with 1 slice of unbuttered bread;
2 fruits;
Try it, I found it very filling.

i would say dont bother with low fat subsitutes, as they taste disgusting, just keep to the normal stuff but reduce how much of it you eat, but inicorporate more fruit and vegetables, and do some exercise.
As you have to retrain your taste buds to decent food anyway so why bother with low fat substitutes.
Its good you got some dairy but get a fruit(enjoy some berries or citrus,maybe an apple) and if possible,some protein(hard boil egg,1 tablespoon of low fat peanut butter) and lots of water. Drink lots of water throughout the day. Its even better if you could have lemon in your water. BYE!
