What's the difference between 'natural'yoghurt' and 'ordinary yoghurt' ?...?!

Question:

What's the difference between 'natural'yoghurt' and 'ordinary yoghurt' ?...?

and i see that 'low fat' yoghurt still contains a quite a bit of sugar..so is it possible to make your own, using less sugar but..still edible!!

Answers:
yes it is possible,i wont buy yoghurt in shops i do at home
bring natural yoghurt
heat the milk until it got heated completely for 15 mins
then keep it aside until it goes to lukewarm
then add 3 spoons of natural yoghurt to this milk
and keep it ina warm room or place after 5 to 6 hours u will see fresh and fatless yoghurt

when u want to make it on another day then use 3 spoons of yoghurt from this homemade.

my opinion is you to go to a big supermarket and buy natural yoghurt!!! Natural is always best! You can try natural Turkish or Greek yoghurt! Both of them amazing and healthy!

I think U R referring to yogurts that have the "good" bacteria (lactobacillus...etc) vs. ones that do not.

The less sugar U use, the more bitter the yogurt is going to be; and U do need to use a certain amount of sugar to make the yogurt in the first place.

I used to make yogurt... it's an "aquired" taste!

:)

natural yogert has the acuall things
