Is there a benefit of eating ice cream?


Answers: it is a way to get dairy if you dont like to drink milk like me, but most advantages are offset by the amount of sugar in it. but lowfat and sugar free ice creams are getting better at tasting like the full fat versions. if nothing else ice cream makes you happy, and theres definetely a benefit to that. yes, it tastes good and for the moment, it makes you happy lol Calcium.

Take your pick. lol its a dairy product! so it gives you some of the servings you need for dairy on the food pyramid!! lmao the delicious taste of it. other then that, no not really calcium source... Calcium & getting really fat for a fat loving man? Dairy

n sum protein,calcium,fat,great taste meltin in your mouth satisfaction. Well sometimes in life you should take a break, and just relax. Make yourself happy. One of the things people love to eat is ice cream. It tastes good too! Dont worry about the calories! Just be happy. 100, or 200 calories gained, go to the gym if u r that unhappy! I mean for petes sake! You have one life, so make the most of it! I hope I have made my point here. I MEAN I LOVE ICE CREAM!!! Even though I may be allergic, nothing stops me dude. This is AMERICA!!!!! choco ice cream comes from coco. coco is a type of plant which has minerals, vitamins... so ice-cream gives u that. eating ice cream is a comfort food,the only benefit I get it makes me feel good. yes...it brings a smile to your face.
