Irish Sea Salt?!

Question:

Irish Sea Salt?

I know it's good for you- but can you use it in bread making?

Answers: Celtic Sea Salt is best for you. If you use any sea salt, it is strong flavor, so use a little less than you would normally use for regular refined salt.

http://www.healthfree.com/celtic_sea_sal... Sure...if you like salty bread....

I always use sea salt for all my cooking, I don't think it maters which sea. Yes We had an organic bakery - the flour water starter kind, plus a sprinkle of salt. We used Utah Ancient Sea Salt. It tastes the best and not from the (polluted) ocean.
