If I have decided to be a vegetarian...?!

Question:

If I have decided to be a vegetarian...?

Can I eat chicken flavored ramon noodles?

Answers: It depends on whether the chicken flavoring comes from chicken solids or is a mock chicken boullion like the "Better Than Boullion" Chicken flavored one. You'd have to read the label and figure that out. If you're new to vegetarianism, and you seem to be, there's a Yahoo Group for those "Transitioning to Vegetarianism". I founded the group for people like you to have a safe place to ask such questions and not risk being insulted or getting rude answers. I would like to invite you to join. I'll put the link in the sources section. Source(s):
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/transition... Not if you want to be true to vegetarianism. They contain chicken juices, and an animal had to die to make them. Besides, they are loaded with chemicals, preservatives, and sodium-totally bad for you anyway. Make some fresh pasta, and add a little olive oil and herbs-healthier, yummier, better for you. We dont eat processed foods in our house, so I dont know for sure, but I heard there are some vegetarian ramen noodles available now. No because it uses a chicken bullion, which is boiled chicken juices dehydrated. deciding to a vegetarian=deciding to be a moron....

BTW - no you can't eat chicken-flavored noodles. Now get some common sense and eat a balanced diet that includes meat.... No. If it has "chicken" or "chicken flavor" or "chicken fat" or anything else like that in it, it is not vegetarian food. Watch out for "natural flavor" too, in this case, it is almost certainly real chicken. The only vegetarian ramen I've ever seen are the "oriental flavor" of some brands. Yes. Vegetarians don't eat meat, but typically can eat dairy, and some meat by-products, like broth, which is what is in the ramon noodles.

Vegans are the ones who also don't eat any dairy or meat by-products. no, just prepare the noodles & instead of the packet drizzle in a little olive oil & tamari soy sauce, or whatever. Yum! True "vegetarianism" really involves NO ANIMAL PRODUCTS, but some where along the line some went HAYWIRE and started consuming animal products ...

Hopefully all people regardless of nationality , race, hair color etc etc will RISE to see that the TRUE STANCE for all CREATURES in the kingdom is TRUE VEGETARIAN(ethical)

HOPE IN PEACE First of all you need to understand what a vegetarian is it's not just a matter of munching on veggies all day. Go to your search engine and find some info, or you could check out your local library for some of the same info. You need a variety of nutrients to be healthy, and it's easy and possible so inform yourself. Sorry, dead chickens were used to make that seasoning packet (read the label, they don't harvest chicken fat from living birds.) Vegetarians don't eat dead animals, so no. Nope...although there is no chicken chunks in them, it has powdered chicken. I always thought I could do this, and then read the labels carefully and realized that. Eat the Ramen Noodles Oriental. everyone already told u it wasn't, so I'm going to add this, they do sell chicken flavored vegetarian stock at health markets, u could add that to plain ramon noodles.
