Favorite health grocery product?!

Question:

Favorite health grocery product?

What is your favorite product you buy from health food stores or the health food sections... why?

Answers: Its these fruit newtons made of wholewheat
and they have apricot centers only sold
at wholefoods in the bins. rescue remedy for my headaches and stress. Bannana chips

They are healthy , filling and very yummy! My local health food store has an annual pig roast on the fourth of July. They spin this whole pig around on a rotisserie and everyone who pays the entry fee gets to carve off a chunk. My favorite health food product is Boca Meatless Ground Burger. It is sold in individual pouches, and two pouches equal one pound of ground beef (cooked). The ground "burger" is super easy to prepare (just heat it up) and can be used to make all kinds of foods in place of ground beef. I have used it to make chili, tacos, sloppy joes, and pizza (as a topping). PLUS, one half-cup serving is packed with 13 grams of soy protein while only containing 60 calories, 1/2 gram of fat, and NO saturated or trans fat. It is easy, versatile, and very good for you! BBQ pork rinds, no fat or calories, but full of taste yummm salted pumpkin seeds.... seaweed rice cake.... chinese rice mix.....

sorry, I'm so boring. Dr.Bronners "magic" soaps! They've NEVER used animal ingredients in their soaps and they're super concentrated.

What I miss is that his kids canceled his food products, I'm one of the few people that actually liked his "Mineral Broth"<G>.

I'll give an honorable mention to "Spike" seasoning and the "All natural vegetable broth" that are both made by Gaylord Hauser!
http://www.modernfearn.com Ahhh, how awesome is it that MOST of the food I eat since going vegetarian is health food?!

I am a big fan of Dr. Bronner's soaps, too. My whole house gets cleaned with Sal Suds.

I think I'm going to have to choose nutritional yeast. I only recently started using it since I gave up dairy and eggs. I'm finding it adds a really good flavor to my casseroles, stir fries, pasta, all kinds of stuff...and it's good for us, too!
