What if You were a vegan stranded in antartica would you eat the animals(such as penguins, seals, fish, etc.) around you since theres no vegetation or would you rather die of starvation

lol most jackets if not all are made of synthetic materials, chances are it might harmful for you to consume polyester or nylon.

edit to rare: This is a theoretical question not a rhetorical one. Some examples of rhetorical questions are:
"What's the matter with you?"
"Don't you know any better?"
"Have you no shame?"
"Right?!"
"What the hell?"

"What the hell?" What's the point of this question? I can think of few circumstances where this could even POSSIBLY happen.
Why do so many omnivores come up with all these alleged "moral dilemmas" that have little base in reality?
A better question is "Omnivores, why can't you *stop* eating animals when they are killing you and your obese children?"
Even if a vegan *would* kill a penguin, what would it prove to you? That he's a hypocrite? Ooooooh. Good one. I hadn't realized that vegans were perfect, or claimed to be.
Personally, if I were in a place with only penguins to eat, I'd be worrying about a heck of a lot more than what you think of my hypocrisy.
Fact of the matter is that most omnivores ARE NOT STRANDED IN ANTARCTICA, and therefore, their consumption of animal flesh and their killing of animals are simply for pleasure. The lives of the animals are worth less than that 15 minutes of enjoyment.
And PS - if you have access to fish, there is probably access to vegetation of some sort.
If you want a better answer, check through previous questions; a similar one is asked several times a week. ice? Well, I don't think I'd ever be stranded in Antarctica, or go to Antarctica lol...
but, I would "eat" the ice they had there and try to find one of the research facilties with people there and they would hopefully lend me food. :-D I would eat fish and ice. not vegan
would eat all them animals, also if no meat available, dead coworkers too i think chances are that unless your wearing a huge jacket that could be eaten for fiber you would di before you could find and kill any of these things.. so i say ill eat my coat If their was no vegitation, there would be no animals.
I would be the sea vegetables. and if I was to stay like that, I would rather die, because one cannot live off meat anyways, and if there was no vegetation, one would have to eat the meat raw (no wood for fire), wich is worse, so I would deffenantly not eat the animals, I would rather die of starvation, than die of a meat-related illness. I wouldnt get myself into such a pickle to begin with! I'd eat snow! I hate rhetorical questions like this.
What does it accomplish? And why would I be in Antarctica in the first place? And then, why would there be no people around me to help?
In any case, I would probably look for other people, and call for help. I can survive pretty long without food. If nothing was coming, yes, I would probably eat animals, but that would only be if I were literally starving. WILL ANSWER 4 FOOD! I would let my meat eating friend die of the cold, and then eat the mushrooms that grow on his corpse, wrapping them in seaweed for an extra classy touch. I Absolutely would rather die of starvation.
