i cant help but think somethings missing.Any Favs?


Answers: On a sandwich I love Provolone. I put mozzarella in my spinach dip by the block, and for grilled cheese I only use Brick (it's a local cheese, or as far as I can tell anyway, here in WI, and that is the name, not the shape), Widmer's brand is my favorite. I also must admit a fondness for goat cheese, too. Source(s):
my boyfriend calls me "The Dairy Queen" I would live off cheese if I could. And California cheese isn't nearly as good as Wisconsin cheese. :oP extra sharp american Swiss is my absolute favorite, but I also love blue cheeses like gorgonzola. There are so many wonderful cheeses you should try.
You might want to start with brie and goat cheese. Serve both at room temperature. Good with fruit.
There are several types of goat cheese, some infused with pepper, or herbs, and some are more aged and have a tangy flavor.
Find a cheese store nearby or a gourmet grocer. (Is there a Whole Foods near you?) Then you can see and sample many types of cheeses. mozzerella, swiss, cheddars, monterey jack, parmagiano reggiano... romano... muenster, brie and gruyere and cottage cheese... mm it's all so yummy especially feta cheese.

and always a huge fan of american grilled cheese with tomato soup! :) Mozzarella Cheese is my very favorite.

Some goat cheese is good- different. I guess it depends on whether you're a soft cheese person or a harder cheese person. Check out these 2 sites and go to your local deli and try some out.

I love Camembert, a really ripe brie or German Tislit. I love chevre and monastery cheeses of all kinds. I am nuts about a solid, well aged blue as well.
