can somebody tell a brand of chess that is rennet free.where can i this said chesse.I live in phila


Answers: some manufacturers of mozerella cheese uses microbial rennet instead (ie non-animal).

There are also some soy cheese for alternatives.

I don't know if these are available in your area, but do check your local supermart or health food store:
Cheezly (Redwood) (vegan)
Le Bon (vegetarian)
Farmland Shredded Light Mozzarella Some health food stores provide a rennet-free cheese list upon request.
There is a cheese calle St. John's Cow fresh Cheese, that is rennet free.
