Answers: Just eat from the four food groups. The protein group is not just meat but also eggs, beans, nuts and legumes. soy beans, peanuts, peanut butter, beans tofu...
veggies.
brown rice and beans

you need to know the combos that make protines... if that is what you are worried about.

tofu is a great source. so much can be done with it. I make a great dip with it that my kids love. thank god your not vegan. vegetarians tend to not get enough protein. so load up on tofu and whey protein shakes. make sure to take a branched amino acids (BAA) supplement since humans get those mostly from meat. (they help you digest) and all the other necessary vitamins you can get from veggies. but you should also take a mult-vit, and fish oils to fill in any gaps. CHEESEEE! if you go to the foodnetwork, you can search thousands of veggitarian dishes try a korean food named kimchi

it's really good and very healthy (vegetables only) as mentioned you're in jeopardy of not getting enough essential vitamins and minerals.

TAKE A MULTI-VITAMIN, your body is still developing and if you dont take care of yourself now you can do permanent damage to yourself. you wont even know it til its to late and irreversible.

maybe you should talk to your doctor for a prescription supplement. Okay, well my teacher told me that if you eat a lot of spinach and brocoli, that it could make up for the iron you get from meat.
