What can a vegetarian eat that is a HIGH source of protein?!

Question:

What can a vegetarian eat that is a HIGH source of protein?

other than peanutbutter, tofu, and soybeans

Answers:

Cheese has more protein than just about anything. Make sure you buy rennet free, organic cheese (good cheese comes from happy cows lol).

But you really don't need to worry about protein. All food contains protein. The more dense the food is, the more protein it will have. Dense foods also have more calories and fat, so in reality foods are about the same in the amount of protein they have. You just have to eat a lot more carrots to get as much protein as you would from peanut butter or cheese, as you would have to eat a lot more carrots to get the same amount of fat. Just get enough calories and nutrients from a variety of foods and you won't have to worry about protein. If you're feeling symptoms of "protein deficiency" it's likely a vitamin deficiency in reality, so try out a multivitamin.
