Try my super fun easy RAW ORGANIC "Ground Beef" Recipe, it is awesome, amazing, delicious, healthy and fun:

Raw Organic Sunflower Seeds
Olive Tapenade, Whole Foods Market has a great one for $2.99
Olive Oil

In a blender or food processor blend the sunflower seeds until they become a powder consistency then add enough olive tapenade and drizzle some olive oil and voila you have greasy VEGAN "Ground Beef!" now put this in between a lettuce leaf with some gaucamole and pineapple salsa and you have a VEGAN ORGANIC TACO! Put the same mix into a Purple Cabbage Leaf/Shell and you have a RAW ORGANIC TOSTADA you have to try it yum! I have more amazing under 10 Minute RAW ORGANIC VEGAN recipes in my raw organic recipe book RAW IN TEN MINUTES available on Amazon.com for only $13 bucks or my website autographed for $22 more info:
