Does dry seaweed have zinc?!

Question:

Does dry seaweed have zinc?

Answers:

I don't think it has zinc. It might also depend on the brand you buy. Some companies add extra vitamins to their products.

Oysters contain more zinc per serving than any other food, but red meat and poultry provide the majority of zinc in most diets. Other good foods like beans, nuts, certain seafood, whole grains, fortified breakfast cereals, and dairy products also have zinc.

Hope this helps.
