Possible veggie?
I've considered going vegetarian, but I don't think I have the self-discipline.
Any tips? Or should I not bother?

Just go at your own pace and see what's right for you. Even by giving up half of the meat you currently consume, your reducing animal suffering and pollution and contributing to your health by that much. Try giving up red meat first, then when you get used to that, cut out chicken, then fish, then eggs and then dairy if you feel like it. If you feel like you want to stay at any one point, then do that if it's what's comfortable for you. Just go with what feels right and don't let others decide your lifestyle for you.
