I need tips on changing daily diet...?
My last question was a little misunderstood, so i'm going to rephrase. It's kind of hard for me to make the transition becuase, no one in my family is a vegetarian. I want to switch diets because, i've never craved any meat except for seafood. I would like to go vegetarian, because, I just feel gross when i do eat meats. But I do love seafood, so, i might not go COMPLETELY vegetarian, i'll just cut out the red meat, any tips on other ways to get the vitamins that meat contains and such things would help, i'm an active swimmer, so i need alot of energy.

Meat doesn't contain much for vitamins, the main things it does provide is protein and iron which are an essential part of a healthy diet. However, you can get plenty of protein if your sure to eat the right things. For one thing you can get them from seafood. Seafood also has the Omega 3 fats that are actually good for you as opposed to the fats in other meats which are not good.
Watch how much seafood you eat. A lot of it has mercury in it but it's only really dangerous if you eat it every day. It's also good to get some of your protein from vegetable protein which is a combination of legumes (beans, peas, nuts) and whole grains. They don't have to be eaten within the same meal but should be eaten within the same day. Google vegetable protein and you can read lots about how you have to eat these combinations of food.
Other meats do have some B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, selenium, etc but as long as you're eating lots of veggies, whole grains and other whole foods you shouldn't have a problem getting plenty of nutrition. You could always take a daily vitamin if you're worried.
