How to eat healthy?
I just started a vegetarian lifestyle.I know eating fries,grilled cheese sandwiches(rennet free of course),soup, and other things like that.I know that is eating vegetarian but it's not a healthy vegetarian lifestyle.How can I eat healthy as a vegetarian?

The healthiest lifestyle and easiest way to obtain vibrance, health and energy is to eat as little pre-processed foods. Whole foods and a good mix of fresh/raw and cooked foods is important too. A balance of carbohydrates, protein and fat is crucial..try to not eat too many processed grains or flours. Find some raw food cookbooks or just plain vegan cookbooks and learn the lifestyle associated with it =)
