Whats the point of being a raw vegan?
i can see being a vegan (i am a lacto-vegan) but why shouldn't you cook your foods... am i missing something?

Simple answer: Cooking kills all vitamins & minerals.
I am a Vegan that is doing RAW this summer. I am please to note my health has improved, I am sleeping super, I have an amazing amount of energy.
What attracted me to try this,was the information on healing. The cases of people that had been told go home & die that using foods as a healer are now healthy & active. Those who opted for this as healing instead of cut, posion & burn.

Now I am going to tell you something I honestly believe HUMANS..are not meant to eat animal flesh, by products or anything else that MUST be cooked. We can live on cooked food but we can not THRIVE on it. So even if you do not wish to go 100% raw, consider doing 50% or more raw foods in your diet. Your health will improve dramaticly. The last site I posted has amazing health results by just going 75% to 85% raw.
