I want to live a vegan lifestyle but I'm not sure about good recipes. Is this process gradual or should I jump!

Question:

I want to live a vegan lifestyle but I'm not sure about good recipes. Is this process gradual or should I jump

Should this change of lifestyle be gradual or instant.

Answers:

It depends on you. I just jumped into it. For many people, they have to do a gradual thing. But if you decide to just jump, make sure you have food that you can eat in the house. And the internet has a lot of good recipes. Just search for vegan recipes on google (or any other search engine).
If you decide to do it gradually, try to eliminate one form animal products every week. Maybe first eliminate beef; then chicken; then fish; then go for the milk and cheese; etc. Just eliminate a little bit at a time (if you decide to go that route).
I've had people tell me that just jumping in is impossible, but it is not. I had no problems just jumping in. I personally love tofu. Tempeh is ok (well I've only had it prepared one way, so we'll see about other ways). You would have to test the fake cheeses and meats out. Some are good, but some are just horrible.
