Going to Mexico vegetarian?

i am traveling to Mexico this November, any favorite vegetarian dishes there?

My b/f is from Mexico city and he really doesn't eat alot of meat. I would think you will not have any probs if you like beans, eggs, guacamole, tortillias, and lots of fresh veggies. Try a torta- veggies on a bolillio( mexican bread kinda like subway buns but better), cheese quesadillas, and when you eat the hot jalapeno stuff, get plenty of sour cream because I have learned that it cools down the hot. It is the only way I can eat hot food. Hope you have a great vacation!
