What's it like to become a veggie person or vegan?

i want to become a veggie or vegan but i dnt think i'll live without mest or veggies, do you ever get any temptaions?


Answers:

Its great that you want to become a vegetarian! Its a great choice to make.

Since you are just starting out, I would advise you to not become a vegan straight away- that would be a very big shock to your body. Take meat slowly away from your diet, until you do not eat it anymore. Stay like that for a while, but make sure you get enough protein from other sources (tofu and beans are great). Eat plenty of dark leafy greens and other veggies and fruits!

After a while, you may decide to become vegan, and you will cut out all animal products. This is a tough thing to do but I'm sure you'll be able to do it!

I've only been a vegetarian for about 4 months and I really don't miss anything. Sometimes I would like to have marshmallows, but there are great substitutes out there! I really hope your journey as a vegetarian is great! You'll feel so much better!
