Answers:

My daughter was eating a tad more than you are in calories and the doctor said that she had an eating disorder. She was on the drill team at school and got fractures all the time because of her diet and quest to be within a certain weight range.

My suggestion is for you to go to the doctor before you possibly do non-reverseable damage and tell them what you are eating - then start eating the way that they tell you to.
