In the freezer section of your grocery you should find Morningstar, Boca, ground beef subistitues. Here is a longer list of meat subs I used:


Veggie Burgers by Boca, Morningstar or Garden Burger many flavors and choices be sure to try several to find your favorite.
Morningstar "Sausage" links or patties.
Morningstar Burger Crumbles and Boca has a similar product for putting in spag sauce or chili.
Garden Burger Riblets

My kids also like the Morningstar Chick patties and nuggets.

You can also use Legumes and Tofu as substitues

Legumes (beans and nuts) - Lentils are good for making pastes and such.

Lastly there are many forms of Tofu available to that can be used as a meat substitute in recipes or eaten on its own.
