My sister-in-law and her four friends are coming for dinner next week - how's this for a menu?!


Question:

My sister-in-law and her four friends are coming for dinner next week - how's this for a menu?

Fresh tomato and mozzarella salad sprinkled with olive oil, and black pepper
Then i'll get some large portabello mushrooms and stuff them with a herby garlicky stuffing with pine nuts, onion and mixed peppers - served with mixed salad leaves and good bread

Then my famous fruit kebabs ( strawberries, banana, mango, pineapple chunks, big black grapes) with two chocolate dips, one white one dark. The white one will have raspberry liquer in it.

yes Mack, they're all vegetarians - I'm only used to cooking for carnivores this is why I wanted to check the menu! Everything is organic, including the wine!! Eveybody is welcome!!!

forgot to say there will be fresh torn basil leaves on the tomato salad!!!
