Vegetarian, vegan questions?!


Question:

Vegetarian, vegan questions?

1. what is the difference
2. why do some people think it's wrong to eat milk and eggs? the eggs aren't futilized and the cows getting milked don't have babies and it doesn't hurt, i live next to a dairy farm.
3. If they are so big on not eating meat, why do allot of them eat fish?
4. is it okay to eat white meat, just not red? like chicken and fish?
5. whats the hardest part, starting it, or sticking to it?
6. what are you supposed to do at fast food resturants, like taco bell, they don't have any vegetarian meals?

Answers:

1 Vegetarians can eat eggs and Milk... However thats personal preference.. Vegans Choose to stay away from all animal By products including Dairy, Eggs, Leather, and rennet.. I'm sure the list is longer as I am vegetarian I respect them i am not as well versed in veganism

2 If you see the conditions the animals are kept in then nothing is wrong with eating milk and eggs. most Veggies and Vegans despise the brutal practices of Factory Farming... as displayed in this horrid video

3 Some Misguided Piscivores Call themselves Vegetarians.. A piscivores Eats fish and a vegetarian diet...

4 Of your choices Red meat would be the most unhealthy next chicken,, Your Big concern with fish is mercury,

5 I would say the hard part was putting together meals. I wasn't raised to rely only on vegetation.. So I have had to do alot of recipe searches... It was and still is simple as long as I follow recipes... Here ya go. http://allrecipes.com/howto/vegetarian-c...

6 Simply order no meat... If you must eat fast food just tell them NO MEAT.
