Is there any "bad" nuts or beans out there?
Cause last time I was reading a bean salad recipe and there was a side note that it was best to use pinto& black beans and it said the red or kidney bean[not sure if it was red or kidney] was bad and it said the name of something that was in it. Gah, I know this sounds confusing..
but the thing I'm trying to find out is there a "healthiest" bean and a "dangerous" less health-benefits, if so..what are they? =]
Also for nuts, is there a healthier nut or are they all equal?
Which has less fat/calories?
