MikeL,the point of the question is I dont know the answer and I would like to.
Although in therory no animal needs to be harmed,I know that, but the same could be said for Eggs? In todays mass consumerism market are animals explioted for more than just meat?

Answers:

Vegans do not use beeswax or lanolin because vegans do not eat OR use products that come from animals.

Vegetarians do not eat animals, and by definition of the very word, there is no such thing as an animal (including fish) eating vegetarian.

Those who eat animals and call themselves "vegetarians" are simply very confused individuals.
