We live in Wisconsin, the land of cheese and bratwurst.

portabello mushrooms drizzeled in olive oil, balsalmic vinegar and garlic and then grilled for about 2 minutes on each side are awesome... then just give him the sides that you plan to eat so that he doen't feel like an outcast... just don't put bacon in your beans
