First of all, congratulations! Becomin vegetarian means losing all the carbs and calories that meat has. However, that also means you will be losing a lot of protein!! Which is very bad. First of all, start taking vitamins everyday after consulting a doctor or informed adult. Those are good for you, whether you are a vegetarian or not. Also, you can research different vegetarian recipes online. (websites: foodnetwork , rachel ray....) The last thing I want to add is that becoming a vegetarian does not mean eating brocli, tofu, artichoke, brussel sprouts, etc.) Infact I have been a vegetarian my whole life and I have never eaten any of those foods. Try beans, lentils, avacodo spreads... good luck
p.s. Many fast food restaurants like Taco Bell have vegetarian options, just sub beans for beef
