I'm a vegetarian, how can I replace meat?!

Question:

I'm a vegetarian, how can I replace meat?

Okay, I'm half vegetarian, I barely eat meat but I've been losing weight, I have a small body figure (I'm 5'4... practically a giant and 105 Ibs .... Hmmmm I am 18 also) so I need something to replace meat because I can't continue losing weight... any suggestions? I don't eat false meat either so no false stuff.

Answers:

Hi there- I'm a vegetarian too (for health and respect for animals) You're 5'4" and you weigh 105 and you think you're a GIANT? You're perfect! Well, you can always incorporate things like tofu in your diet. Pasta is also good as are breads and yogurt. ( I eat tons of yogurt ) I tried the fake meat and it's digusting so I don't blame you. If you're a *half* vegetarian, you could consider eating fish...go to the PETA website and check out other alternatives. Good luck to you.
