Don't eat fish - but want the important nutrients in it?!

Question:

Don't eat fish - but want the important nutrients in it?

I dont eat any seafood, but I still want the important nutrients found in it. How else can I get these?

Answers:

Flax seeds have all of the benefits of fish but without the cholesterol or toxic heavy metals such as mercury. The oil can be a bit pricey but the milled seeds are very cheap if you factor in how important the nutrients that they offer are.

Never eat whole flax seeds, it won't kill you but the seeds MUST be milled or ground in order for the omega-3s to be absorbed into the body. Flax seeds that go in whole will come out that way.

Flax seeds can be baked into muffins, pancakes, bread or anything else if you deem it palatable. When added to peanut butter the taste difference is barely noticeable.
